Your first appointment is a comprehensive consultation — detailed history, clinical examination, pulp vitality testing, digital radiographs and (where indicated) CBCT 3D imaging. Findings and treatment options are discussed clearly, a written quote is provided, and your questions are answered before any treatment begins. Most consultations take 45–60 minutes. Written post-operative instructions are provided at every treatment visit, and patients can reach us on the phone line after hours for any post-treatment concerns.

Yes. Secure Parking at 129 Terminus Street (adjacent to Chemist Warehouse Liverpool) is directly beside the practice and open 24 hours. The Northumberland Street council car park is approximately a 2-minute walk, and metered street parking is available on Macquarie Street.
